At Loner Glass Art, our priority is to ensure our customers are satisfied with their handmade sea glass creations. Each product is crafted with care and attention to detail, making it unique and one-of-a-kind. Please review our refund and returns policy to understand your rights and options.



Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lonerglassart.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us.



Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@lonerglassart.com with details and photos of the issue.



Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items on sale or purchased at a discount.

For items damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@lonerglassart.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
